Arlin Raedeke is Associate and co-founder of the Wilfred Jarvis Institute, a training and consulting organization, based in Cupertino, California, dedicated to achieving lasting effectiveness and results in leaders and their organizations. Mr. Raedekes particular expertise is in team building, change management and effective leadership in complex systems environments. Arlin has over 35 years of management experience in the high-tech industry. His most recent work has been as a consultant to major corporations in successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. He has held a variety of leadership positions in large corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures both in the United States and in Europe, including Director of Business Management, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Vice President of Process Improvement. Mr. Raedeke has provided senior executive coaching, group and team effectiveness facilitation and major program and project management leadership for IBM, Unisys, StorageTek, Exabyte, Iomega, Oracle and currently for Hitachi Data Systems. In addition to Mr. Raedekes work in the high-tech industry, he has applied his coaching, facilitation and leadership skills in the non-profit sector. With the Institute of Cultural Affairs, he developed and presented seminars in management problem solving methods and community development. These seminars were conducted in conjunction with successful community projects in Chicago, London, Brussels, Berlin, Nairobi, Kenya and Lagos, Nigeria. Arlin received his training as a Four Quadrant Leadership educator from Wilfred Jarvis and has worked with Minh Le in application of the innovative GroupSmart technology to facilitate change management in the corporate environment. Mr. Raedeke is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Mathematics. He has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. |
